I am delighted to be headteacher of St. Mary’s CE (VA) Primary School. We are a successful school thanks to the collaboration between children, staff, parents, governors, partners and church who work together to serve a diverse multicultural community.

Founded in hope St. Mary’s CE (VA) Primary School is a place where all can find their voice, grow in wisdom, and live well in community and service.

Leaders at St. Mary’s School have a clear vision that has three key branches. The three branches of our vision grow from the core value of HOPE. We believe that hope gives us optimism for a better future. No matter where you are on your journey that through the grace of God, we have the hope of a new and better start.

We are committed to creating and maintaining a happy and safe environment for our children to achieve their best. Our curriculum is designed to offer a broad range of exciting opportunities for children to grow academically, physically, emotionally, and socially. Children are encouraged to contribute to the life of school by taking on a wide range of additional responsibilities and leadership roles. We offer a wide range of extra-curricular activities and enrich our curriculum through many spiritual, cultural and social experiences.

Nursery Places

We have funded places available in our Nursery at St Mary’s.

If your child is 3 years of age and you would like a place or to be added to our waiting list for when they become 3 years old,  please call us on 01924303625 or alternatively drop in at our school office with a form of ID (passport/birth certificate) for your child and we can give you a form to fill out.
