Behaviour Management
All of us are made in God’s image (Genesis 1:27) and are, therefore, of infinite worth. Because of this it is imperative that every member of the school community feels valued and respected, and that each person is treated fairly and with dignity. Behaviour Management at St Mary’s seeks to support our community to grow in our understanding of each other, valuing our self and others and grow in dignity . The school’s behaviour management policy therefore guides staff to teach self-discipline not blind compliance so that all members of the school can live and work together on a supportive way.
