As we aim to live in community and service it is essential that St. Mary’s CE (VA) Primary School have clear and transparent procedures for dealing with complaints. The procedures in the file box provide appropriate structures to ensure complainants have a voice, complaints are dealt with fairly and in a timely manner so that a resolution can be achieved.
