Year 4 have been building and testing series circuits with a switch, to learn about how electricity flows and how a switch can make a circuit incomplete when it is open.

Writing

In Writing this half term, we have been writing a persuasive letter to the manager of Sainsbury’s to persuade them to ban selling fizzy drinks. In our Science topic last half term, we learnt about the amount of sugar inside fizzy drinks and decided we needed to put a stop to them being sold. We worked really hard to think about all the features we needed to include as well as working really on our presentation.
